The University of Wisconsin–Madison is a constituent member of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC). OSAC is a public-private partnership offered by the U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service which works to keep U.S. organizations and personnel operating and traveling safely while abroad.
